My Pitcher Plant wallpaper showcases one of my earliest patterns and comes in a couple different colour ways.
This particular version of the Pitcher Plant wallpaper has an off-white background, and medium sized black pitcher plants. Its essentially black and white, but I do think it’s important to note that the background is ‘off-white’, not bright white.
Pitcher Plants are Newfoundland’s provincial flower, a carnivorous species they trap and eat insects. They are found throughout the province growing in marshes –– I remember taking reference photos of wild pitcher plants on Fogo Island, photos that I eventually used to help craft this pattern.
Many uses for a fun and whimsical pattern
